Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy

 CBT focuses on the relatioship between our thinking & how this influences what we do and how we feel. It helps you to establish more supportive ways of thinking and integrate positive change. It provides a space to explore and change how you approach situations & relationships. It provides worksheets between sessions to deepen learning & is often described as evidence based therapy. 

Mindfulness Based Counselling & Workshops

Incorporating mindfulness based skills can support a reduction in stress and a development of more compassion towards yourself and the situations you face. It helps you to connect to feelings, explore and understand them rather than being overwhelmed by them. It encourages more self acceptance, inner calm and clarity of mind. It can help to gain a more positive approach to your relationships and you are more likely to respond rather than react to challenges you face.  

Natural Health Therapies - Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Naturopathy, Herbs, Holistic Massage

 A balanced mind supports a healthy body and a healthy body supports a balanced mind.  Healing and health also includes incorporating somatic and body healing. Therefore, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Craniosacrel Therapy, Naturopathy including Herbal Medicine and Holistic Massage are offered in the Mind Body Health & Wellness Centre. 

Natural Health Therapies help to elicit the relaxation response, calming the nervous system and supporting health in the digestive, reproductive, endocrine and psychological systems. About our therapies

Psychotherapy & Counselling


We offer psychotherapy and counselling as a weekly or bi-weekly treatment for individuals or couples.  Supportive and confidential, psychotherapy offers a unique depth of understanding and an opportunity for lasting change.

Counselling & Psychotherapy works best if the Client attends their session on a weekly basis.  We also require a 48 hour cancellation notice period as this ensures we can rebook the client hour/space. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment. However, less than 48 hours will incur a full missed session cancellation fee.

All therapists in the Mind-Body Health & Wellbeing Centre are fully qualified and accredited.

We offer help and therapeuetic support for a range of issues, including:  

Anxiety or Stress 

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Panic Attacks       

Depression or Low Mood

Fertility Issues 


Stress and Burn-out 

Overcoming Abuse - Emotional, physical or sexual

Therapy is provided in a confidential and non-judgemental setting. 


Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, of deep focus and concentration with support from a qualified clinical hynotherapist. It is likened to the feeling sometimes achieved from deep meditation. In bringng attention very specifically in the way, clients can connect with their internal (not always easily accessed) resources in a deep way within themselves to help them make positive changes, let go of unhelpful behaviour or belief patterns and support themselves in regaining control in certain areas of their life. 

Nutritional Therapy


Nutritional Therapy is used to optimise one's health potential through individually formulated nutritional dietary plans and achieveable lifestyle changes. 

Nutritional Therapy seeks to eliminate harmful foods and utilise evidence based understanding relating to nutrients and their influence on the function of the body and mind, to establish a more conscious and health focused dietary approach. Each individual plan is formulated with a focus on nurturing health, healing and an overall sense of wellness. 

This approach naturally supports longer-term weight management, increased energy levels and a healthier psychological and physical relationship with food and how to eat to promote health and wellbeing.
